NO BIKE!±

With no bike im having to run any time i get the chance. I managed to get out last night, with a good run, speed is now picking up thanks to the practice.

I've noticed that my back problems have become feint mumerings, BUT my hamstrings are as sore as hell, especially the left one and definitely after a run.

Completed (Run): Distance 3.60 mi, Duration 0:28:06, Pace 07:48 min/mile, Speed 7.7 mph. #iMapMyRide.
